Export or Import Your Data (Backup/Restore)

Premium users can export their data for backup or to move to a new device. This export includes all data:

• Reminders
• Schedules
• Notification response history

📤 Export

1. Go to Settings > Backup & Restore

2. Tap Backup

3. Save or share the file as needed

   • A great place to save it is in Files, in an iCloud folder

📥 Import

1. On your device, go to Settings > Backup & Restore
2. Tap Restore
3. Select the previously exported file
