Understanding Reminders: Tasks vs. Recurring

🌀 Recurring Reminders

Designed for ongoing habits or encouragement.

  • Define a frequency like “2 times per week” or “3 times per month”
  • Choose a schedule: the days and times when it's okay to be notified
  • App randomly sends reminders within that schedule
  • Respond with DoneSkip, or do nothing (marked as "No Response")

Example:

"Remind me 1x every 2 weeks to check my grades"

📅 Task Reminders

Perfect for things with a clear start and end goal.

  • Set a start date
  • Receive reminders X times per day until marked Done

Example:

"Remind me 2x per day to take antibiotics starting June 1"
