Get Started: Create Your First Reminder (Tutorial Guide)
When you open the app for the first time, you'll go through a quick interactive tutorial. This tutorial will walk you through the process of creating a Recurring reminder (see Understanding Reminders: Tasks vs. Recurring for more information).
๐ Step 1: Allow Notifications
Weโll ask permission so reminders can actually reach you.
๐ฑ Step 2: Pick a Habit or Idea
This will be theย titleย of your reminder.
๐ Step 3: Add A Description (Optional)
You can include a short description or motivating text.
๐ Step 4: Set the Frequency
Choose how often and on what interval.
E.g. "2 times every week"
E.g. "4 times every 2 months"
๐ฐ๏ธ Step 5: Pick Schedule(s)
Define when it's okay to be reminded. offcue comes with several schedules already created. These can be utilized, modified, or deleted as needed.
๐ฏ Step 6: Additional Options
Choose whether to track streaks, and optionally set start/end dates.

Options:
- Create another reminder
- Go through the tutorial again
- Learn more
- Exit the tutorial
